Tan Sri Datuk Seri Panglima Richard Malanjum was appointed as a Judicial Commissioner in 1992 and as a High Court Judge in 1993. He was elevated as a Judge in the Court of Appeal in 2002 and to the Federal Court in 2005. In July 2006 he was elevated as the Chief Judge of the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak and as the Chief Justice of Malaysia in July 2018, retiring in April 2019 upon reaching the mandatory retirement age.
Tunku Farik bin Tunku Ismail is an advocate and solicitor of both the Malayan and Singapore Bar and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Vice Chair of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) Insurance Committee 2007-2011 and 2014-2016 before becoming Chair 2016-2017. Currently the Jurisdictional Council Member for Malaysia at the IPBA, he is also a member of the Malaysian Bar Arbitration sub-committee.
Justice Su Tiang Joo was admitted as a Barrister of Gray’s Inn and Called to the Malaysian Bar in 1984 practicing as an Advocate & Solicitor for 36 years mainly in the area of Civil Litigation, including reviewing the Legal Profession Act 1976 and the Legal Profession (Practice and Etiquette) Rules 1978. He was appointed as a Judicial Commissioner in 2020 and is currently serving in the High Court in Malaya at Ipoh.
