Open to current BPTC students (including second year part-time students who have not previously attended an Education Weekend).
Friday 18, Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 January. Preceded by Case Analysis (and witness preparation) on 14 January.
Qualifying Sessions: Up to 3
Application deadline: Mid December 2018
The programme includes:
- a social event by AGIS on Friday evening (open to all students)
- an advocacy exercise at the Royal Courts of Justice on Saturday (open to all students)
This is a great opportunity for advocacy experience where you can examine and cross-examine witnesses in a real court, in front of a real judge, and receive feedback on your performance from the Inn’s advocacy trainers.
- a pupillage application advice session on Saturday (not open to London students)
This is a valuable opportunity to discuss a draft pupillage application with a practising barrister who will give you personal feedback and advice. You will meet with the barrister for up to 45 minutes for one-to-one feedback.
- the 2nd round of the Moot Competition, dinner and music in Hall on Sunday (all circuit students and London moot participants)
Further information will be published here nearer the time.
BPTC students will be emailed booking information at the beginning of December 2018.
