Fitness in the Walks
This summer, the Inn established a weekly fitness class in the Walks.
The session is run by a professional Personal Trainer and starts with warm up stretches followed by a variety of circuits, cardio, boxing and flexibility work. Every class is different, allowing all participants to benefit and work to their own ability.
We run regular sessions and all members are encouraged to get involved at a highly subsidised rate.
