Mindfulness for Barristers

A mindfulness meditation introductory session for barristers.

Conducted by A Member of Gray’s, Gillian Higgins, a senior international criminal practitioner at 9 Bedford Row, the session will address how the practice of mindfulness meditation and other daily mindfulness practices can assist barristers with the professional challenges they face.

Barristers experience a variety of mental and physical health pressures in practice, particularly in dealing with the severe stresses created by litigation.Gray’s Inn is keen to support initiatives to address barristers wellbeing.
