About the session
This exercise is a practical session which will practise oral submissions in the Family Court. Although the exercise is set in the Family Court, no specialist knowledge is required and is relevant for all students. The focus of the exercise is on the student’s ability to make well-structured submissions, to identify the key points in a relatively complex factual chronology, and to demonstrate pragmatism.
Prior preparation is required. The exercise will be sent via email 1 week before session.

This event will be delivered remotely using Zoom. A link to the join the event will be sent by email 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Please ensure you have joined before the session is due to start.
To be awarded the QS for this event you are required to join the event on time and stay for the full duration of the event. Please enter your full name when joining the event so that we can record attendance and update the QS records accordingly. This can take up to two weeks.
