Part of a series of Summer Concerts held on Tuesdays in June-July.
Words and Music in Chapel.
Postponed from 2020, which was the 425th anniversary of the martyrdom of Henry Walpole, the only member of Gray's who has been made a saint.
There will be readings and music from the Chapel Choir ranging from Orlando Gibbons to Les Mis, from Carousel to Brahms. There's even a chance to join in at the end if the COVID restrictions on singing together have been lifted by then.
The Bridge Bar is open that evening and will be serving curry and rice.
The 2021 Summer Concerts take place on:
Open to all (Members and public).
Whilst booking is not required for Words and Music in Chapel, space will be limited due to the need to maintain social distancing and attendance will be on a first come first served basis.
Whilst no booking is necessary for the Bridge Bar, we ask that those intending to stay for a meal afterwards indicate this on the Gray's Inn Online System (GIOS) to help arrange seating and catering.
This event will not be streamed online.
