The Bar Council Elections and Gray's Inn

A free virtual seminar hosted by The Gray's Inn Barristers' Committee (GIBC) on the various Bar Council roles, the election process and how and why Gray’s Inn Members can get involved.

The seminar

The event will consist of a small panel of current and former Bar Council members who will provide a background into how the Bar Council operates, an overview of its work and responsibilities and provide practical advice on how to stand for election. The event will be recorded and a limited number of spaces are available for those who wish to attend in person. There will be drinks in the Bridge Bar afterwards and the panel members will be available for any additional questions.

The Bar Council nominations start on 7 September and close on 21 September. Please visit the Bar Council website for more information.
