Pathways into Law – Diverse Perspectives; an online event as part of Black History Month.
Designed to give students interested in in pursuing a career in the legal sector the opportunity to hear from legal practitioners about the various pathways into law and their perspectives on promoting diversity in the legal profession.
Chaired by Mr Justice Pushpinder Saini, speakers will include Mellissa Akinya (Solicitor Advocate and CILEx Qualified lawyer for the GLD), Tayibba Bajwa (Doughty Street), Gary Pryce (New Square) and Nancy Williams (5 Pump Court), as well as representatives from 10,000 Black Interns, Bridging the Bar and SEO (Sponsors for Educational Opportunity).
