The Master of the Cellar invites all Members of the Inn to attend a special Wine Dinner, featuring the white and red wines of Chateau de Fieuzal.

Chateau de Fieuzal is a leading estate in the Graves/Pessac-Léognan area of Bordeaux situated next to Domaine de Chevalier. Tracing its roots to the start of wine making in Graves, one of the ‘right bank’ communes, Chateau de Fieuzal attained status of Graves Grand Cru Classé in 1959. It is one of a very few Bordeaux estates in Irish ownership and one of a small number Bordeaux estates which produces both red and white wines of renown. It is owned by the Quinn family and Daragh Quinn will be introducing the wines at the dinner.

  • Before dinner: 2019 L’Abeille de Fieuzal
  • First course: 2020 and 2016 Chateau de Fieuzal Blanc
  • Main course: 2014 and 2010 Chateau de Fieuzal Rouge
  • Savoury: 1994 and 1983 Chateau de Fieuzal Rouge

The dinner represents exceptional value for the quality of wines which will be served and is certain to be an excellent and collegiate evening.
