Learning outcomes:
- Practise assimilating detailed information and be able to spot the ‘best’ points as well as where the main weaknesses are in the case lie
- Practise delivering submissions that are clear, well-organised and persuasive
- Demonstrate confidence in advocacy, incorporating feedback from trainers
