Mixed Messes Application Form

University students are invited to apply to attend a Mixed Messes event.

Bar Societies are welcome to attend these evenings.

Application deadline: 12pm 23 May 2019

Submit the below application form no later than the above deadline to apply for a place. 

Places are limited. We will confirm whether your application has been successful shortly after the deadline.

You may apply on this occasion and not be successful in gaining a place due to space restrictions.  

If you have previously attended one of our Mixed Messes events, you may still apply for a place however, subject to application numbers, we will prioritise those who have not had a previous opportunity to attend.

If you do not have any dietary requirements or food allergies, please state 'none'.
