Member Details and Membership Cards

  • request your membership number 
  • replace your membership card

Once you have registered to book Qualifying Sessions online, you will also be able to amend your details via the online system. 

Please note that membership number and membership card requests may take up to 4 weeks should the volume of requests be high. We will make every effort to process your request expediently. 

Updating your details and requesting your membership number will be free of charge. For replacement membership cards there will be a charge of £10. You have the option of either collecting your membership card from the Education Department during office hours or requesting it to be posted recorded delivery for an extra £5 within the UK. Payment must be made in advance of receiving the card by cash, postal order, cheque (made payable to Gray's Inn) or in person. 

In order to ensure membership security, you must complete this form in its entirety and accurately.  If any information you supply on this form does not match with the Inn’s record, you will be contacted by the Records Officer.

Fields marked * are compulsory. Your information will be used in accordance with the Inn's Privacy Policy.

You must submit a recent passport photo with this form if you are requesting a membership card. This photo will be used for your new membership card.
