An online Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Qualifying Session. Students will be divided into groups, with a Trainer, to discuss the issues surrounding Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion at the Bar and within the profession.
Discussion topics will be sent out a couple of days before the event and students will be expected to have read them and be ready to get involved in the discussions.

Learning aims:
- Consider equality, diversity and inclusion at the Bar
- Discuss implications of inequality and a lack of diversity and inclusion on the rule of law and the profession.
- Identify sources of advice, support and guidance relating to equality, diversity and inclusion issues.
