International Arbitration is a form of alternative dispute resolution where, where an arbitrator or panel of arbitrators are appointed to hear and give an award in an international dispute. The award can be enforced in court.
About the course
Our six week Introduction to International Arbitration course will take place entirely online and will be beneficial for anyone wishing to develop a deeper understanding of the international law, practice and procedure of international arbitration. You must undertake the course to be considered for a place on the Vis team.
