An introduction to advocacy and mooting at Gray’s Inn. By its nature, a workshop provides a chance to work and learn in a supportive environment.
It is made up of two parts:
- An exploration of the problem. Discovering what the case for each side is, how best to argue it and what authorities can be used to support your case;
- Oral submissions – Everyone gets the chance to submit their argument and receive tailored feedback and advice from our friendly and supportive moot coaches
