Theme: Advocacy skills, Preparation for Pupillage, Career Development and Wellbeing
Learning aims:
- To support students in improving their advocacy and application of legal principles.
- To provide the opportunity to practice delivering submissions that are clear, well-organised and persuasive, and build confidence in oral advocacy in front of a judge in a realistic setting.
