This session will be delivered by Gray’s Inn members who practice in Family Law at 1 King’s Bench Walk.
The panel will explore the variety of advocacy in the family courts and how family practice may differ from other practice areas in terms of the style of advocacy, the day-to-day role of the family practitioner and their interactions with clients and witnesses. The session will also explore the role of Alternative Dispute Resolution in family proceedings. This session will be particularly useful for those intending to apply for a pupillage in family law.
