Qualifying Session (QS):  1 QS

Theme: Legal Knowledge, Justice and the Rule of Law

Learning aims:

  1. Identify the sources of public international law and the principles by which treaties are interpreted and customary international law is identified
  2. Enhance understanding of adjudicators of public international law, the relevance of their past decisions, and their relationship with one another
  3. Build awareness of the relevant resources at the Inn and the opportunities, including mooting opportunities, facilitated by the Inn and the Association of Gray’s Inn Students
