Theme: Legal Knowledge, Justice and the Rule of Law
Learning aims:
- Identify the sources of public international law and the principles by which treaties are interpreted and customary international law is identified
- Enhance understanding of adjudicators of public international law, the relevance of their past decisions, and their relationship with one another
- Build awareness of the relevant resources at the Inn and the opportunities, including mooting opportunities, facilitated by the Inn and the Association of Gray’s Inn Students
