An interactive drafting skills workshop. Students will work in small groups to work on drafting problems with barrister trainers. During the session, trainers will explain their approaches to drafting and identify common pitfalls to avoid. The drafting problems will reflect the type of written advocacy junior practitioners will encounter in their early years of practice.
