Qualifying Session (QS): 1 QS
Theme: Ethics, Standards and Values / Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
Learning aims:
1. Discuss ethical dilemmas in the context of professional practice.
2. Apply the code of conduct to inform ethical decisions in line with standards and values of the profession
3. Consider equality, diversity and inclusion at the Bar
4. Discuss implications of inequality and a lack of diversity and inclusion on the rule of law and the profession.
5. Identify sources of advice, support and guidance relating to equality, diversity and inclusion issues.”.
