Ethics
- Discuss ethical dilemmas in the context of professional practice.
- Apply the code of conduct to inform ethical decisions in line with standards and values of the profession.”
Advocacy
- Practise delivering examination in chief of witnesses that is clear, well-organised and persuasive.
- Practise delivering cross-examination of witnesses that is clear, well-organised and persuasive.
- Develop content and advocacy skills for a closing speech.
- Demonstrate confidence in advocacy, incorporating feedback from trainers.”

- Consider equality, diversity and inclusion at the Bar
- Discuss implications of inequality and a lack of diversity and inclusion on the rule of law and the profession.
