HHJ Richard Marks KC, the Common Serjeant of London, will be interviewed by Master Sally Penni MBE of Kenworthy’s Chambers, Manchester.
HHJ Richard Marks KC was Called to the Bar in 1975 and has been a Bencher since 2008. He has had a really varied career. Highlights include, being the President of the Mental Health Review Tribunal (2000-2015), Head of Chambers (2006-2008), Leader of the Northern Circuit (2008-2010) to Senior Circuit Judge at the Old Bailey (2012).
Since 2014 Richard has been authorised to sit in the Court of Appeal, Criminal Division, and has been a Common Serjeant of London since 2015.
