- The Hon William Hartley Hume Shawcross CVO. Awarded Knight Bachelor for public service.
- Vincent Thomas Keaveny, lately Lord Mayor of London. Awarded Commander of the Order of the British Empire for services to Socio-Economic Advancement, to British-Irish relations and to the City of London.
