Congratulations to Daniel Fox, prize winner of the Lee Essay Competition 2017 -18!
The winning essay, on the question ‘To what extent, if at all, should parliamentary privilege provide a protection to members of parliament against prosecution in the criminal courts and an action for damages in the civil courts?’ will be published in the 2018 Gray’s Inn Student Law Journal.
