The King’s 2023 New Year Honours list was announced on 30 December 2022.
Amongst those named, two Gray’s Inn Members – Professor John Finnis and Paula Sussex – were awarded a CBE.
- Professor John Finnis AC KC FBA, for services to Legal Scholarship
- Paula Sussex, for services to Higher Education
Another Gray’s Inn Member, Reverend Peter King, was awarded a BEM for his services to the Church and to the community in South London.
