Theme: Legal Knowledge, Justice and the Rule of Law

Learning outcomes:

  1. Analyse concepts and principles in relation to the rule of law, the administration of justice and the Bar of England and Wales.
  2. Contribute to legal debate and discussion.
  3. Develop legal knowledge and understanding through discussion with practitioners

This QS relates to the following elements of the Professional Statement for Barristers:  1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 3.1, 4.1
