Unfortunately we have had to make the difficult decision to cancel this year’s Education Weekend on 21st – 22nd January. All those who are affected will be contacted directly by the Education Department, and an alternative advocacy and ethics course will be offered to all students who had booked a place.
A weekend packed with Advocacy, Mooting, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and AGIS party.
Location: Gray’s Inn & The Royal Courts of Justice
Qualifying Sessions: 4
The programme includes:
a) the 2nd round of the Moot Competition
b) an advocacy exercise at the Royal Courts of Justice
- This is a great opportunity for advocacy experience where you can examine and cross-examine witnesses in a real court, in front of a real judge, and receive feedback on your performance from the Inn’s advocacy trainers.
c) an Equality, Diversity & Inclusion workshop
d) a social event by AGIS
Booking
Open to current Bar Course students (including second year part-time students who have not previously attended an Education Weekend).
Bar Course students will be emailed booking information at the end of November 2021.
