A folio manuscript from the fourteenth and fifteenth centuries, written in Latin on 123 leaves.
The fourth contains five large emblematic diagrams; The Tower of Wisdom, The Twelve Articles of Faith, The Tree of Life, The Tree of Virtues, and The Wheel of Life. It is made up of eight pages and is naively decorated but appealing.
It is unknown whether manuscript was written at the Cistercian Abbey of Dieulacres, Staffordshire, or copied from an another manuscript produced there.
It is bound in seventeenth century calf and has been rebacked.
