A quarto manuscript from either the late thirteenth or early fourteenth century, on 339 leaves. It is possibly from England.
There is a historiated initial showing a monk reading at a lectern at the beginning of the text. The author, Monaldi Justinopolitani, was a Dalmatian Minorite who died c.1332.
The manuscript is written in Latin and bound in seventeenth century calf. It has been rebacked and has a brass chain staple.
