A quarto manuscript from the late thirteenth century, written in Latin on 113 leaves. Includes an inscription of the Cistercian Abbey of Combe, Warwickshire. Some texts contained in this volume have ascriptions to authors that likely were not involved, which has misled historians in the past.

The manuscript is bound in seventeenth century calf. It has been rebacked and has a brass chain staple.
