A folio manuscript from the fourteenth century, on 286 leaves. The manuscript is written in several gothic hands. The third text concerns a Norman knight who helped a wolf beset by Royal English hunting dogs while the king was hunting in Normandy. The text includes annotations in the margins speculating which knight or bishop the story could refer to. The work of Nicholas Bozon includes fables and stories, drawn from Indian Fables, Aesop, and the History of the Seven Sages.

The manuscript is bound in seventeenth century calf. It has been rebacked and there is a brass chain staple.
