Manuscript 14 (MS14) -Isidore’s Commentaries on the book of the Old Testament and other texts by Isidore (Bishop of Seville)
This manuscript is a collection of miscellaneous texts, including one printed book from 1509. The other texts include an account of the wars in the Holy Land (1217-1219), a treatise on the sacraments, chronological tables of the six ages of the world, and a rhythmical poem on Thomas Becket (1118-1170).

A folio manuscript from the twelfth and thirteenth centuries, written in Latin on 137 leaves. From the Benedictine Abbey of St. Warburg, Chester. The printed book is entitled Cantica Canticorum Salamonis cum expositione Iacobi Perez de Valentia, and is from Paris, 1509.
The manuscript is bound in seventeenth century calf over medieval wooden boards. It has been rebacked and has a brass chain staple.
