Marshalling is a fantastic opportunity to gain insight into the work of a judge.
During this work experience, you will accompany one of the Inn’s judges in court. You will improve your understanding of the role of the judiciary and court procedure, and have an opportunity to observe different advocacy styles, from the perspective of the Bench.
