Reflections supports Members who are intending to reapply for pupillage in the next Gateway cycle.
You will participate in three online meetings with a practising barrister. The sessions are structured to help you reflect on your previous application experience, identify areas for improvement and create an action plan to address these ahead of the next application cycle.

To be eligible for this scheme you must:
- Have applied for pupillage, and been unsuccessful, in the 2026 Gateway cycle
- Intend to reapply in the next Gateway cycle
- Intend to practice at the Bar of England & Wales
