The Inn contains 60 residential flats which are available for rent only to current Inn Members (excluding students).
When available, a flat is leased on a standard residential basis of five years at a fixed rent. Leases are subject to a three month tenant’s break clause and parking is agreed separately.
Applications, including a final decision which depends on factors such as personal need and service to the Inn, are considered by the Inn’s Management Committee.
Residents of the Inn must register their dog with the Inn and should refer to the Inn’s Rule Book for further information.
There are currently no flats available to let in the Inn.
