The Inn contains 60 residential flats which are available for rent only to current Inn members (excluding students).
When available, a flat is leased on a standard residential basis of five years at a fixed rent. Leases are subject to a three month tenant’s break clause and parking is agreed separately.
Applications, including a final decision which depends on factors such as personal need and service to the Inn, are considered by the Inn’s Management Committee.

Flats to Let – Verulam Buildings
The Inn currently have two flats are available – a large one bed and a two bed, with a smaller second bedroom.
Both flats have fine views overlooking The Walks and are located in a characterful, period building.
The Inn’s flats are let on standard 5 year Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements, with rents as follows:-
- One bed flat – £25,200 per annum
- Two bed flat – £26,055 per annum
In addition to the rent, there is a deposit payable at lease commencement, equivalent to 5 weeks’ rent.

Storage
A number of basement units are available to let for personal or commercial storage. Rents start from £100 per month with a minimum term of three months. Please contact Tim Bell in the Estates Department for further details and availability.
