The Inn’s estate contains professional office space which is available to let.
When available, office space is generally leased on the Inn’s standard basis of six years which includes a rent review after three years. Leases are also subject to a quarterly service charge. Other terms are agreed by negotiation.
Availability
The Inn has available space to let at 1 South Square (approx. area 1,330 sq ft), as well as smaller office areas located at 10a and 11/12 South Square.
In addition, the first floor at 3 Field Court is available to let. Fully refurbished, contemporary office space, measuring approx. 810 sq ft.
