The Inn’s estate contains professional office space which is available to let.
When available, office space is generally leased on the Inn’s standard basis of six years which includes a rent review after three years. Leases are also subject to a quarterly service charge. Other terms are agreed by negotiation.
Availability
Two office buildings are available to let in the prestigious South Square: nos. 1 and 14 South Square. The office space in each property is arranged over ground, first and second floors, with ample basement storage in both.
No. 1 South Square has a total office area of 2,057 sq ft, and No. 14 South Square a total of 2,308 sq ft. No. 1 is a period building whilst No. 14 South Square is a post war, 1950s property – see photo.
There is also office space of circa 1,500 sq ft available in 1 Gray’s Inn Square, a lovely period building in the centre of the Inn, with fine views over The Walks.
