The Inn contains approximately 60 residential flats many of which are available for rent to current Inn Members (excluding students).
When available, a flat is leased on a standard residential basis of five years at a fixed rent. Leases are subject to a three month tenant’s break clause and parking is agreed separately.
Applications, including a final decision which depends on factors such as personal need and service to the Inn, are considered by the Inn’s Management Committee.
Residents of the Inn must register their dog with the Inn and should refer to the Inn’s Rule Book for further information.
Availability
A spacious three bedroom flat is available to let in Gray’s Inn Square with views over The Walks. The flat has the benefit of a lift.
