The Chapel was restored in a late Gothic style (pictured here shortly after restoration).

It remained like this, apart from extensive changes and additions to the stained glass windows, until it was destroyed during the Blitz, although the windows had been previously removed for safekeeping. They were mostly reinstalled after it was rebuilt following the Second World War.
